The fact sheets are stored in pdf format. To view and print a fact sheet you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If this is not installed on your system then do this (or ask your system manager to do it for you):

  • Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe site: Get the Plugin
  • Install it as a "plugin" to your browser. When you load a pdf file Acrobat Reader will now automatically be started and display the pdf file in the browser window. You may print and save the file from the viewer.
  • Alternatively, Acrobat Reader may be installed as a helper application to your browser. Again the viewer will be automatically started when you load a pdf file but not in the browser window. You may print and save the file from the viewer.
